Ads are not evil

Hi,

I opened this blog to address a simple subject: How to have a better web experience in the situation you are using services that show ads along your experience.

Of course, advertisements permit new brands to show up and allow already known service providers to show their new cool and useful features. So we have to admit they are here for a reason, and they always be here.

The issue we address, is to cultivate the user, and also equip him with the tools to get along with, in the best possible way, sometimes ignoring, sometimes blocking and sometimes just following or liking.

Another functionality we are trying to provide, is to set a space of freedom of speech on specific ad ressources found on the net. Most if not all service providers don’t have a space to comment their advertisements; Take YouTube for example, you can’t comment an ad video attached to another video. For now, I don’t have the ability to develop a very sophisticated platform for that alone, even I am a generalist developer with a strong computer science background, as I don’t have necessarily the free mindset nor the time and money. However I simply opened this blog, to post links we identify very recurrent globally or in many regions, and allow anyone to judge the ad. Obviously, we don’t accept non constructive discussions in all forms.

Tomorrow or in near future :), anybody would post a link here and open a new thread, technically this is not possible on a WordPress blog, but we intend to develop a simple platform for that. Today, I and few editors can, but commenting is open for everybody.
